136.1 Hz - Frequency of OM. Earth frequency. Also called the frequency of the soul. Promotes harmony with the cosmos.  Opens blocked energy pathways and restores balance. Significant tone in Indian music. Also called Sadja, or Sa. Associated with Heart (Anahata) chakra.

Pi is a much studied number.  It is part of sacred geometry.

If the circumference is precisely known then the diameter cannot be precisely known.

Use a quite place. Sit in a comfortable position. 

Close your eyes.

Relax.

It is best to breathe in and out through your nose.  If you cannot then breathe through your mouth.

Breathe in positive energy. Breathe out the tension. 

Relax.

Breathe in deeply and exhale, Breathe in relaxation and breathe out stress. Keep breathing and relaxing.

Do this for a while until you are fully relaxed.

After you are relaxed, set your intentions on becoming more aware of the multiversal mind.

Listen to the beats.

Say to yourself:

"I AM a spiritual being having a human experience."

Do the following with a reverential attitude.

Contemplate the finite world, your finite body and your finite mind.

Contemplate the infinite multiverse, its infinite body and infinite mind.

Contemplate the connection between the finite and the infinite.

Think about all the synchronicities that have occurred in your life.

Think about all the events that have lead you to believe or even suspect that there is actually more to reality and life than what we can see with our physical senses.

Say to yourself:

"I AM a spiritual being having a human experience."

Do these things as long as you like.

I am using a Windows 8.1 Dell Inspiron 15 Laptop with 6 GB

BEWARE of bad speakers. Laptop speakers may not even be audible with binaural and isochronic beats that have no other sounds. If they are, the sound can be messed up and the frequencies thrown off. Same is true for cheap speakers. It is best to use a decent pair of headphones or earbuds. Good earbuds can be bought for around $10-$15.
