This button allows you to choose between drive programs with different driving characteristics. Pressing this button repeatedly changes the drive mode from economy, to sport, and then to manual. Once the drive mode switch is pressed, a pop up displays in the vehicle information display showing the current mode selected. After a period of time, this pop up will disappear and the selected mode will be displayed in the lower frame of the vehicle information display.

The SPORT mode gives the driver a feeling of enhanced performance, but fuel economy may be reduced.

In manual drive mode, you can change gears by pulling on the paddle shifters. Manual drive mode remains active until a different drive mode is selected.

If you use the paddle shifters without using the manual drive mode, the manual mode will be deactivated automatically after a limited time. In that case, the automatic transmission returns to the previously activated drive mode.
