INGREDIENTSslices of bread1 zucchini300g tunabreadcrumbscherry tomatoesolive oilParmesan cheese
 
DIRECTIONS1. Slice the zucchini into thin slices and place them in a row on a sheet of parchment paper.2. Add the bread slices and top with tuna, green olives, cherry tomatoes and Parmesan cheese.3. Carefully roll everything up using the parchment paper.4. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
