Good day guys it’s Nathan Birch here from Binvested.com.au today I am answering question and answer from you the subscriber of Facebook.com/Binvested.com.au. Question from Kelvin Russell, and kelvin question is would you buy 1 house for $500000 or 2 units for $250000 each for a similar yield I am about to go for the house. Good question, however your question is very broad range and I cannot answer that in essence. But what I say is that, when I want to buy property, I look for opportunity that are there, and I look at what the property will do for me in the future. I am not a big fan of houses, or unit. That what bring a special part of my portfolio today. I remember my 1st time investing on only houses only, but then I realized that I will make more profit from the unit perspective. Because the unit had a better yield and all that sort of stuff. I build foundation portfolio for my property portfolio, to about 7% from rent properties and 30% for staying in house longer, from then I think they are both bring money I am going to be the person you go all my blocking and potentially developing that start up my ego, I am all about house that will probably get me closer to my goal. If I am to get 2 properties for $250000 each that are below market values for $50000 each, that have good yield on them.
