I ventured to the roof of Iloilo City hall with my new friend Kalte Hitze so I can bring you great views of Iloilo City and Iloilo River. In this part 1 of 2 video series, I found an impressive round collector solar tube design which was engineered by a local Iloilo Filipino who is now working in Manila. These round tubes are able to power up the air conditioners for the top floor office space in this building. Part 2 will be a long spectacular view of the city and river but it will be music only because the wind noise is too loud from my camera's microphone.
