The first session of the 13th National People's Congress has held its seventh plenary session. It endorsed the Vice Premiers, as well as state councilors and ministers. Yi Gang has been endorsed as the People's Bank of China Governor, and the heads of several new ministries were also under the spotlight. CGTN's Hou Na reports from the Great Hall of the People.
