The annual Fingerling Festival is hosted at Noons Creek in Port Moody, British Columbia. The festival invites local residents to bring their families out to see the work that has been accomplished by the Noons Creek Hatchery and other local stewardship groups. The festival includes public Open House of the hatchery as well as juvenile salmon release into Noons Creek. This video was captured during the 2004 event.
