* 1 cup Besan(बेसन)
* 1 cup Butter milk(छाश)
* sweet neem leaves(मीठे निम् पत्ते)
* red chilli, cinammon leaves(सुखी लाल मिर्च और तमाल पत्र)
* 1 medium sized tomato(टमाटर)
* 2 T/spoon Ginger, galric 
              and chili paste(अदरख,लसून और मिर्च की पेस्ट)
* 1 T/spoon Lemon juice(निम्बू का रस)
* coriander leaves(धनिया)
* Methi patta(मेथी पत्ता)
* 1/2 T/spoon Cumin powder(जीरा पाउडर)
* Pinch of Hing powder(हींग पाउडर)
* 1/2 T/spoon Turmeric powder(हल्दी पाउडर)
* 1/2 T/spoon Red chili powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Salt as per taste(नमक)
* 1/4 T/spoon cumin &
           mustard seeds(जीरा और राइ दाना)
* 1/2 T/spoon Sugar(चिन्नी )
* Cooking Soda(खाने का सोडा)
