TRENTON, Ohio (WKRC) -- A Grand Jury indicts an Assistant Police Chief in the tri-state on three felony charges. He's accused of inappropriately profiting from his role overseeing Trenton's impound lot. Investigators say Lieutenant Michael Gillen also tampered with evidence and misused a department computer. Gillen starting working in Trenton in 2001. The city put him on paid administrative leave.
