RetroArch 1.7.3 - WIMP GUI - Switching between color themes

There are right now two color themes in the WIMP GUI, a default white theme and a Dark Theme. With the Dark Theme, it is possible to easily select a different color for the highlighted entry by picking another color from the Color Picker. There is a third option that will later allow you to make your own customized color themes.
