HAMERSVILLE, Ohio (WKRC) -- A grand jury said two police officers were justified in the use of deadly force in the shooting death of a man.
Hamersville officers Jared Riley and Branden Clark shot and killed Albert Clayburn in May. Clayburn was shot while dragging Officer Riley with his vehicle. He then crashed his SUV into the village municipal building.
Investigators said Clayburn had four outstanding warrants and an autopsy found there was cocaine in his system.
