Comprehensive interventions for children with behavioral problems result in better outcomes – perhaps we should do more of this and less prescribing of drugs. And the US Preventive Services Task Force has determined that testing asymptomatic people for thyroid disorders and treating those with abnormal numbers does not result in better outcomes.
