Here's a Coronado, which was the house brand for Gambles Department Store, five-tube AM radio from the late 1950's. I replaced the capacitors and installed a new speaker in this radio. For a 5-tube radio, it sounds very nice and it's a shame there are no good music stations on AM to demonstrate it's fidelity. I can certainly visualize teenagers listening to rock music on our once great AM radio stations during the '50's and '60's.
