Very rarely do I see a circum-anal tumour in a female dog though they do exist in unspayed female dogs. Uuslaly they are present in non-neutered male dogs and so this was like finding a treasure. The lady owner found this lump and asked me about it. Uusally I don't check the anal area during a routine vaccination!
