Former GCIS head Mzwanele Manyi has rubbished the testimony of Phumla Williams to the inquiry probing state capture. Giving his side of the story, Manyi says the objections by Phumla Williams on how the department was run under him must be rejected. Manyi is challenging the evidence brought by the current acting GCIS head Phumla Williams. In her testimony, Williams said when Manyi took over GCIS he implemented a slew of changes which included that the media buying division report directly to him. State capture continues today and our reporter Mzwandile Mbeje is at Parktown in Johannesburg, lets go to him live. For more news, visit: sabcnews.com
