A huge, beautiful 4,350 lb. Wood Stone 8645 Fire Deck Oven is carefully removed from it's original location in Medford, Oregon, by commercial kitchen equipment specialist and singer Shannon Fain, for transfer to its new home in Rockford, Illinois, where it will be a major workhorse for the GreenFire Restaurant & Marketplace owned by French chef Philippe Forcioli. The two-day task required partial disassembly of the oven and the building's glass and aluminum storefront, including pin-point guidance using a 5000 lb. forklift and assistance by Fain's helpers Bill Sandavol and Tamara Hammond. "We're excited to help chef Phillipe with our surgical-like removal and shipment preparations of this lucky find. Our job here was to make certain that the oven arrives in Illinois at The GreenFire in its current pristine condition."
