Rogue River (previously called Tailholt and Woodville), in Southern Oregon, was named 100 years ago: hence this year's Centennial Celebration. The Centennial Party was held in downtown Rogue River and the Community Center on March 10, 2012.

Cowboy poet Ron Ratliff entertained at the Whiskarino. His incredible performance of the Bullsnake Whip deserved its own video. See it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j2zCdr7yBF4

Also performing were Jerry Cripps (piano) and Robert Person (harmonica). Near the end of this video is a picture of the Rogue Valley Playboys, a three-piece Country and Western band.
