CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Andrew Allen, the brother of Brody Allen, is improving and is being moved to a rehabilitation facility.

Andrew's family says he is awake, breathing on his own and is following some basic commands. The 18-year-old was hit by two cars earlier in November.

It happened less than two weeks after his 2-year-old brother's funeral. Brody Allen died after a courageous battle with cancer.
