So today we're making a not so po boy EPIC burger for our collaboration video. Meathead got ahold of me and asked if i was up for an epic burger with the one stipulation being it couldnt be beef. I was cravin a po boy to end all po boys anyway so we got to work. What this monstrosity consists of is a bun two crab cakes that between them have 8 ounces of crab meat 8 pieces of fried shrimp some lettuce a slice of tomato, may, bang bang sauce, and some remoulade sauce. This thing was crazy awesome and a blast to make. Side note I ate the whole thing. Go check out the other guys creations and tell me which one you liked best.
