More than 400 Kaiser Permanente Colorado staff and physicians volunteered at more than 30 nonprofit projects across Colorado. One special project included a donation of 500 books to a local Denver public school, Sims-Fayola International Academy. Donna Lynne, president of Kaiser Permanente Colorado attended the event in coordination with Serve Colorado and Lt. Gov. Joseph Garcia as they toured the school, visited with students and lead a press conference.
