In this video im showing you when i solo some of the Ulduar bosses.

Kologarn:
The fight isnt really that hard, focus on self healing and dont move away from his meele range or something bad will happen:P 

Auriaya:
The hardest part of the battle is at the beginning when you have to take down her Sentries, you will take alot of dmg so be ready with your cds. After they are down you should focus on killing the other cats that spawn and watchout for black holes.

Mimiron:
He was the hardest of the three bosses, hits for alot in phase 1, you should be ready with some defensive cooldowns. 
Phase 2 isnt hard, you can change to truth to get some extra dmg so you wont hit the berserk at the end:P
In phase 3 you should focus on the big adds, when one is killed you should loot it and throw the item at the ground, it will make the boss come to the ground so you can hit him... for a short period of time. 
Phase 4 is the hardest of them all, they must all die around the same time, you will also take alot of dmg on this phase and there will be many attacks that can 1 shot you.So pay attention focus on self healing and use your range attacks against the head!
