Maybe not the most exciting of bosses, standing still for about 4 minutes... But anyhow! 
This fight reminds me a lot about fighting fatigue, with constant dmg of 10% of your max HP happening every second. (If you choose to go by my tactic of letting her channel)

Gear: 900 (955 true)
I forgot to remove the invis trinket...

Tactics: 
So there are 2 ways to go on this boss. Either you keep her in p2 and manage to survive the ticking dot damage (which I decided to do)
Or you interrupt her and keep going through p1 and 2. However this will cause her to keep gaining an absorb shield everytime she gets into p2, which can be troublesome, or atleast take quite awhile.

In p1 you will also get "unstable soul" debuff, this causes you to get thrown up in the air out of Last Defender range unless you stand under something (which I decided to do).

Overall Last Defender makes this boss quite trivial

The adds I stacked up were most of the Sisters of the Moon adds, aswell as the Worshippers of Elune that spawns after you have defeated the sisters. 

Make sure you get rid of the Umbral Archers however, they will keep you CCed all the time.
