Igor Zaripov is a Cirque Du Soleil performer (currently touring with the Michael Jackson 'Immortal Tour' worldwide) and is also known as 'The real-life Man of Steel' with many world records that he holds - Often when people see his incredible feats of strength they are amazed. What people don't see enough is the hours and hours of hard work and training and dedication that it takes for him to prepare his body for some of the things he is now capable of. A lifetime of training and discipline has also helped considerably, alongside genetics and the usual contribution of nutrition too.

Here is a glimpse into just one small aspect of what he calls 'Innovative training' where he lifts a considerable amount of weight in a number of sets... with the power and momentum of his Jaw and neck. But in effect, it is also his total body fitness and ability that allows him to do this.

Igor has spent a lifetime of study and training to be able to achieve the results he has, and there is incredible science to how he continues to keep developing and getting stronger and stronger in his discipline.

In 2014 outside of his schedule with Cirque Du Soleil he and his Olympic Weightlifting trainer Dmitry Klokov will be delivering innovative Fitness and Strength training seminars and workshops - starting in Mexico in May 2014.
