Ainslie Circuit: Battery Higher After Running All Night

After running overnight the battery powering the Rosemary Ainslie circuit reads 11.61 V, two hundredths of a volt above where it sat nine hours earlier. A Fluke wired in series shows a negative sign ahead of the zeros, and a second meter across the shunt reads negative millivolts on the 200 mV scale. The load waveform is shown symmetrical above and below the zero line throughout.
