Over a 100,000 people land in UAE every month with the hope to get a job. A few get a job but the majority run from pillar to post in the desperate search for a job hoping for some clue, hoping for someone to help them and worst of all - hoping for some luck. But whatever said and done - the first most important thing anyone has to do is - ensure that their Resume is up to the mark. 

So given that I always get requests from people on how to improve their Resume, here are my top 10 Resume tips for people looking for a job in Dubai, UAE

In the Resume always state:
1) The most attractive or important aspect of you first. 
2) State what the owner wants to know and not what you feel is important
3) DO NOT copy a Resume
4) DO NOT be obvious and predictable
5) DO NOT be too perfect because then the question is - if he is so good - why is he unemployed?
6) Ensure Word Eiding
7) Remember - this is a Professional & Legal Doc
8) The best Resume always has the least number of words
9) Ensure that your Resume always jumps out from the rest of the crowd
10) Stick to the Purpose - The purpose of a Resume is to get called for the interview
