These s'more cups are super easy and delicious! When I think of Winter I think of enjoying a warm fireplace while snacking on some s'mores. If you don't want to make these cookie cups you can always try my 'S'mores Cupcakes' recipe.

Cookie Cup
4 oz Butter
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup (4 sheets) Graham Crackers
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg or All-Spice
1 Egg

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes
I used a 3/4 oz scoop

Chocolate Ganache
1 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chunks
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream

Homemade Marshmallow Fluff
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Light Corn Syrup
1/4 Cup Water
1/8 tsp Salt
2 Egg Whites
1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
