I got requested to make these Baileys cupcakes aka 'drunken cupcakes'. I hope you enjoy the recipe!

Chocolate Cake Batter:
6 oz Butter
2 Cups Sugar
3 Eggs
2 Cups Flour
3/4 Cups Cocoa
1 tsp Baking Soda
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 Cup Milk
3/4 Cup Baileys
2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Bake at 350 degrees for about 18 - 22 minutes
Baking time may vary on your oven, you can always check with a toothpick or skewer and if it comes out clean you know its ready

Buttercream Frosting:
6 oz Butter
6 - 8 Cups Powdered Sugar 
1/4 Cup Milk or Heavy Whipping Cream
2 tsp of Baileys
