These beignets are so yummy and fun to make. I show you how to make three different styles. Some regular square beignets and Mickey Mouse beignets.

Recipe:
2 1/4 tsp Active Dry Yeast
3 Tbs Warm Water
3/4 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Shortening
1 tsp Salt
1 Egg
3 Cups Flour
2 1/2 - 3 qts Oil for deep frying
