It's still October and Halloween is approaching. Make these delicious mini pumpkin bundt cakes. I decorated them to look like pumpkins but you can just enjoy them as simple mini bundt cakes.

Recipe//

Pumpkin Spice Cake:
1 Cup Flour
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Oil
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree

Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 - 30 minutes
Baking time may vary on your oven, you can check with a toothpick or skewer and if it comes out clean you'll know it's ready

Frosting // Half recipe:
3 Ounces Butter
4 Ounces Cream Cheese
2 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Gel food dye
