CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A Mt. Auburn mother is accused of failing to get medical help for her toddler's head injury. Kenesha Joseph was arraigned on a child endangering charge Thursday. According to court papers, Joseph's 2-year-old child suffered a traumatic head and brain injury sometime around Nov. 25. Those court papers do not say how the toddler was hurt or what condition the child is in. A judge ordered Joseph to stay away from her child. She was allowed to leave jail without having to post bond
