Regional body IGAD's council of ministers has held an extraordinary session on South Sudan, in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa. [TAKE VO]The regional bloc is deeply concerned over the unending conflict in several parts across South Sudan. They want both the opposition and the government to complete the process of revitalization. The council also agreed to lift opposition leader Riek Machar's house arrest on condition that he renounces violence and relocates to another country.
