Zimbabwe turns to resettled black farmers for revenue

Zimbabwe has passed new regulations requiring beneficiaries of the country's land reform programme to pay annual land rent. The new rules compel black resettled farmers with permits and 99-year leases to pay rent of between 3 and 10 dollars per hectare per year.
