China issues inspection scanners to Tanzania Ports Authority

China has handed over three cargo inspection and security scanners to the Tanzanian Ports Authority. The TPA project is a grant aid agreement between the two nations. It’s expected to boost the port's influence in the region and increase revenue collection for the country. Maria Galang reports.
