This is a short high speed video clip (2000 frames/sec) of my ping pong ball gun shooting through two soda cans. The muzzle velocity is generally around 700 feet/sec (213 meters/sec). Check out an article describing an analysis of the gun in the Jan/Feb 2008 issue of Experimental Techniques.
