As you know, this series of Vlog's has one major theme: the construction of our own brand new professional recording studio. But more than that:  the why's are more important than the what's. Why should a musician like myself would want to have his own recording studio? Why is that better than an alternative? Is it a good idea to start an own label, to make analogue recordings... and so on... all questions that, in the first episode, I translated into the image of a giant blank puzzle. Many small pieces that need to be put together in the hope that the total image will give us some answers. 

But already after the pilot episode of this series, I got an interesting question of Rosa Grau, who follows this channel from the very beginning, commenting once in a while, always in a way that adds something to what I played or discussed, and so she did after this episode. She asked this:

Hi Wim. Don't you find direct performance much better than recorded disks? 

There is no one answer to that, but I thought it might be interesting here to give you my opinion on this.
