Meighan had been viciously stabbed all over his body. He was seen entering the hotel room accompanied by two men; police have now apprehended both. On Saturday, U.S. national Lalman Logan was detained at the Philip Goldson Airport when he was attempting to check in to board a flight. Investigators had alerted the airlines about Logan’s U.S. status, so personnel notified police that he was at the P.G.I.A. and he was arrested. Logan was arraigned in the San Pedro Magistrate’s Court today for murder. The other suspect, Rufino Herandez, was picked up in Ladyville this afternoon and is to be arraigned as well.
