The Directorate of Criminal Investigations has summoned Kenya Pipeline Board Chairman John Ngumi, Managing Director Joe Sang and 5 other top managers at the oil firm to record statements over the construction of the 1.7 billion shilling Kisumu Oil Jetty. This is barely two months after the DCI launched investigations into the possible loss of 2 billion shillings tied to the construction of the Line 6 Pipeline from Sinendete to Kisumu.
