Carnaissal tooth abscess 1 hour post-extraction 4/5

After extraction, there was no swelling under the right eye. But one hour later, you can see the swelling as in this video. It is due to bleeding from the maxillary sinus under the skin below the right eye. I advised the owner to massage it daily. 5 days later, I phoned him and there was no swelling.
