If you believe killing sea lions will save the salmon SLDB has a bridge in Arizona to offer you and some rubber chickens.

Tax dollars were wasted to kill nine Californian sea lions who were identified trapped and killed the week of May 02, 2016 for consuming some fish out of the Columbia River below the Bonneville Dam, SLDB observers report. R. I. P. our dear flippered friends. When the wild animals are blamed for the decimation of esa salmon is the human animal and their food supply any really safer? While all the wild fish are bought and sold for sport and profit are any of us really free? Who among you does not carry the burden of debt while who is being taxed and forced to pay with their lives so that those that have plenty can have more ? Who has never been cold and hungry/ who has been denied food and a safe place to sleep? When sea lions are scapegoated and killed to provide a smoke screen for two hundred years of human animals extracting and degrading millions and millions of wild salmon while decimating and removing out of production over 60% of the historical wild salmon spawning habitat on the Columbia River. Can the human animal really be trusted to do the right thing to assist these cold water fish in recovery when it requires the human land mammal to look in the mirror verses point the finger? Do the wild salmon really stand a chance at recovery while clear cuts are used to fund the public schools in rural Oregon communities and the public serves erode while the forested watersheds that cold water fish rely on are clear cut and dangerous herbicides are sprayed across the public commons for short term profits. Can the wild salmon ever really be protected from the human land mammal and their commerce, gluttony, greed, hubris, entitlement, herbicides, PCBS, war, toxics and such scapegoating foolery? Can the human animal return the cold water to the cold water fish because fish need water? Can there ever be cold flowing water on the lower Snake River to actually save the wild salmon and in turn maybe saving a piece of ourselves ?

*** This unedited video*** is from the early morning of May 04, 2014. Documenting ODFW, WDFW, & PSMFS employees trapping and removing sea lions from the Columbia River and hauling them up behind the dam for lethal removal and the next video will be released as soon as it become available. In conclusion the empirical evidence has shown that scapegoating and killing sea lions for consuming some salmon out of the Columbia River below the Bonneville Dam and paying seven people and many more to uphold the status quo in wild salmon extraction has not increased populations of esa cold water fish like employing these people for toxic remediation, dam removal, unblocking the 50,000 currently blocked fish passages across Oregon and Washington State, planting trees, installing and maintaining fish screens on the thousands of water diversions and culverts across these States. Moreover these efforts will actually be measurable, and money well spent to assist the wild salmon and wild salmon lovers in their wild salmon recovery efforts and to improve wild salmon habitat will actually aid the cold water fish that paying these people to kill sea lions will never do, SLDB observers report.

The version of this video is absolutely unedited and all the clips are in their original state. We apologize for the shaky bits there have been a lot of bugs figuring out the new equipment. There is some strong language that some might find offensive while the trapping and killing of sea lions brings forth strong emotions and due to the length of time constraints in production it has been left in. Thank you for the love and support for the Columbia River Dogs, cold water fish, clean cold water, trees, a safe place for everyone to sleep and a safe place that we all can call home....
