Sharon Young speaks on the critical factors that are causing the Salmon to die off. The Pinniped task force met at the Double Tree Hotel in 2010. Concerned citizens were there to bare witness, and ask question, about the ineffective, and expensive plan of the state to kill sea lions under the guise of saving salmon. You can not raise fishing quotas for industry and sport fishermen to 17% and put the salmon decline on the the sea lions who consume 1 -4% of the estimated spring run.
