Shad fishermen line the banks of the Columbia river killing fish with no limit. Sea Lions and sea birds are being targeted and killed for eating. This is a crime. 80% of the sea lion's diet consists of industry deemed (waste fish) what humans can kill with impunity--Over fishing is a huge problem and than blaming the wild life(seal ions,cormorants) for the salmon demise is a political smoke screen and will not HELP save the Salmon. The Sea Lion traps in the back ground are a grim reminder that The state of Oregon KILLS sea lions for merely eating at the Dam while fishermen kill indiscriminately for sport-- all day long .
