This is a Resume of a Jordanian Civil Engineer who is searching for a better opportunity here in Dubai and he wanted me to evaluate his Resume. On the outset the big problem that I see on his Resume is the super bright colors and the color combination he has used to ensure his Resume stands out. Instead of doing good for his profile - it does harm. On top of that, the preference of what information he has put right at the top - the focus towards his educational qualifications & the languages that he knows right at the top doesn't do any good for him. Following that the other problem he will face is that the words that he has used to describe what he has done, the content that he has posted on his resume and the information he has shared on the profile - is absolutely useless to the decision maker. So overall, this is a Resume that I feel is truly incomplete, has lots of flaws and does more harm than good to the person who is apply for the job.
