It's a beautiful spring day for exploring the Lone Star Hiking Trail in the Sam Houston National Forest, Texas. I hiked from FM 1375 to Lake Conroe and found a place set-up day camp. I used my hobo stove to make cowboy coffee and ash cakes. Yummy! The video also describes "friendly bacteria" found in soil that will lift your mood and are natural antidepressants. They work similar to Prozac. For more information see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mycobacterium_vaccae and http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/66840.php The video concludes with a TRIBUTE TO SPRING: Come walk with me, beneath a canopy of trees, Each day brings change with unfolding leaves, Wonder and awe, I do believe, Sights and sounds of glorious spring, So much beauty to behold: -- Dogwoods bloom -- and Redbuds too. Enjoy the forest, with skies of blue. by Ken Kramm, March 2012 Videography by Ken Kramm, Sam Houston National Forest, March 2012, Canon Vixia HF S20, Canon Powershot XS10 IS, Final Cut Pro X.
