This video is the forth episode of a miniseries about "Sit Spots."  These are locations where I sit down and re-connect with the earth.  It's amazing what you'll see when you sit down and watch nature unfold around you.  I am relaxing and separating myself from the crazy world with disturbing news, disasters and modern technology.  I'm reconnecting with the beauty of the outdoors.  Sit spots can be anywhere that you can find a patch of nature.  They can be out in the country or in the middle of the city.  Today I am at home, sleeping with my cat, Cali.  She decided to wake me up, so that I wouldn't miss sunrise.  I went over to the window, peaked around the stained glass, and realized that something wonderful was about to happen.

This miniseries is based on a suggestion from Osacka Hagga in the Netherlands, who wrote:  "You should consider for every trip just making a 5 minute video where you find a nice spot with water of something flowing in the background."
