South Africa up against France, Ireland for World Cup hosting rights

South Africa has joined France and Ireland in presenting their bids for the hosting rights of the 2023 Rugby World Cup in London on Monday. South Africa's bid is being spearheaded by Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa and World Cup-winning Springbok captains, Francois Pienaar and John Smit.  CGTN's Julie Scheier tells us more about the economic impact a succesful bid would have for the 1995 hosts.
