The New York City Police Department is seeking the public's assistance with the whereabouts and identity of the following individual wanted in connection to an Attempted Robbery in the confines of the 60th Precinct's transit system. The circumstances are as follows: On Monday, February 25, 2013 at approximately 11:50 a.m., a M/B did approach a M/W/27, displayed a knife and demanded the victim's cell phone. This took place aboard a S/B "F" train. A struggle ensued and the suspect slash the victim on his left hand. The suspect fled the train at the Stillwell Ave. subway station located at Stillwell Ave. and Surf Ave. without any property. The victim was transported to Luthern Hospital by EMS in stable condition. Suspect Description: M/B/16-21, approx. 5'08" in height, 140-150lbs, wearing a Green bubble coat and dark colored pants.
