But I've realised that you should always come first. You need to care for yourself before you try to care for others.

Sure it goes against the 'norm', but how can you expect to look after someone in the best way possible if you can't look after yourself?

I talk about caring for my family, being a Dad and the importance of looking after yourself and asking for support.
