A mother and daughter's dream to open a store filled with one-of-a-kind creations for children was ruined by burglars. Someone broke into their new baby boutique in Lodi and stole all of the merchandise that took them more than a decade to make. The store on West Oak Street was supposed to open in a few weeks.
