 Full fat milk : 300 ml – 400 ml ( take 1 litre milk …. Boiled & rediced the quantity upto 300 – 400 ml )
 Paneer / cottage cheese – 200 gms
 Saffron – 7-8 string
 Powder milk  - 4 tbsp
 Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
 Ghee – 1 tsp 
 Pistachio / pesta paste – 1 tbsp
  Sugar – to taste
