Coconut milk is an ordinary item to make the recipe extraordinary. To make it a fresh coconut is required along with some water. The coconut should be extracted from the fruit and it would be finely extracted. After that the coconut should be squeezed so that milk is extracted from it. After getting some milk from the extracted coconut some water is mixed with it and some extra milk will come . This coconut milk is a tastemaker. It can be used in different recipe, such as Chingri Macher Malai Curry , Egg Malai Curry . You can use it in veg recipes also to add the taste up to the mark. One can use it in Fish Curry, Alur Dom , Echer Chingri etc. So get a coconut and get ready to make tasty curry with coconut milk to astonish everyone of your family. 

Ingredients : 

1 Fresh Coconut
1 Cup Normal Water
Hot Water As Required
Method ... 

At first scrape the coconut from one fresh coconut. Keep aside.
In a blending jar , add scraped coconut and one cup normal water to make a smooth paste .
Pour the smooth coconut paste in a big bowl and add hot water as required. Combine them well and cover it for 15 to 20 minutes. Keep aside.
Now sieve the coconut mixture for milk by using muslin cloth.
Use this strained coconut milk as required or preserve it in refrigerate for later use.
